Welcome our New Summer 2016 Web Design Intern

Well, would you look at that. DaBrian Marketing Group has a second intern for the summer! (Our first intern, Christian Kline, was announced on social media in May). He was introduced to us through Pennsylvania  CareerLink – Berks County’s work experience program called “A Youth Services Employment Training Program.” Once we learned more about him, we knew he was a perfect fit for DaBrian’s team as Web Design Intern.

The first unique characteristic about our new team member, Mr. Jeremiah Ellis, is that he is going to be a senior at Reading High School in the 2016-2017 school year! As he gets started with his new role as Web Design Intern and we start to teach him about what it’s like to work at a digital marketing agency, let’s all get to know him a little bit better with a brief but fun questionnaire!

Where is he from?

New York City, NY.

What are his plans upon graduation in 2017?

Attend a local college, possibly Reading Area Community College (RACC), and major in Computer Science.

What are his interests? ...Besides creating websites, of course

Listening to music.. watching movies.. riding bikes.. playing basketball.. Writing stories & poems..

What’s his happiest high school memory so far?

Simply, finishing 11th grade.

How did he get interested in web design?

Jeremiah learned how to create websites by attending Reading Muhlenberg Career and Technology Center for Information Technology – Web Design. Once he graduates, he will receive an Adobe Certification.

What’s Jeremiah’s favorite sports team?

Our Philadelphia-area football team, the Eagles!

DaBrian Marketing Group, LLC has further expanded its full-time staff to include a Director of Business Development, Doug Crawford. Doug is native to the Reading area and brings over 25 years of experience in marketing, management, sales and customer service.

DaBrian Marketing Designs A Local Holiday Tradition’s Website

DaBrian Marketing Group Designs Website for Reading's Christmas On The Mountain

Digital Marketing Agency, DaBrian Marketing Group, has donated their time to construct a new website for the popular Reading holiday tradition, Christmas on the Mountain.

For 24 years, the Hillside Playground Association has transformed Hillside Playground (located on North 14th street in the city of Reading) into a Christmas attraction for all. It has become affectionately known as Reading’s “Christmas on the Mountain”.

This summer the Association disbanded and announced the end of their operations. When Savage 61 General Manager Tim Profit, saw the news, he knew he wanted to do something and was going to try and keep the tradition alive. He contacted local businesses, and DaBrian Marketing Group’s, CEO and President, Daniel Laws, to help Reading’s Christmas on the Mountain reach its 25th year.

DaBrian Marketing Group, along with the local community, the Reading High School Marine Corps JROTC, and a list of other companies have donated their support to the cause. Reading’s Christmas on the Mountain is set to open on November 29th, 2015 and will continue until January 1, 2016.

Tim Profit was overjoyed with the website and said, “It’s almost hard to believe DaBrian Marketing is a small business in our community. You think you are working with a fortune 500 company when dealing with them.”
