Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DaBrian Marketing, we provide subscription-based and project-based digital marketing services that require the allocation of talent, time, and resources each billing cycle. This Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to provide clarity, fairness, and transparency for all clients engaging in our services.

1. Cancellation Notice

Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice via email to their DaBrian sales representative, project manager, or accounting@dabrianmarketing.com.

Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

2. Monthly Services

Monthly subscriptions including SEO, PPC management, HubSpot services, email marketing, social media management, analytics, strategy, and content marketing are billed in advance.

Because work begins immediately at the start of each cycle, fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.

3. Annual or Quarterly Contracts

Clients may cancel annual or quarterly prepaid plans at any time; however:

  • Payments already made are non-refundable, unless cancellation occurs within the first 14 days and no work has been completed.
  • After this period, cancellations prevent future renewals but do not result in refunds for unused months.

4. Setup, Onboarding & One-Time Project Fees

One-time onboarding, setup, or project fees including analytics configuration, discovery, strategy, tracking setup, ad account builds, CRM integrations, and creative setup—are non-refundable, as these tasks are typically completed early in the engagement.

5. Project-Based Work

For fixed-fee or project-based services (e.g., strategies, website development, audits, landing pages, video production):

  • Payments already made are non-refundable because resources are reserved and work is delivered in phases.
  • If a project is canceled before substantial work has started, DaBrian may refund a portion of unused hours at its discretion.

6. Automatic Renewals

All subscriptions renew automatically unless the client cancels prior to the renewal date.
Refunds are not issued for renewal charges when a cancellation request is received after the renewal has processed.

7. Performance Expectations & Disclaimer

Marketing performance varies based on industry competition, seasonality, algorithm updates, platform changes, client communication, budget levels, and creative approvals.

Therefore, services cannot be canceled or refunded based on performance or results.

8. Early Termination (When Applicable)

If a contract or project includes a minimum commitment term, early termination may require:

  • An early termination fee, or
  • Payment of the remaining contract value as

outlined in the specific agreement.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

DaBrian Marketing may offer refunds or credits under special circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Accidental overpayments
  • Services not initiated due to a DaBrian error
  • A mutually agreed-upon exception

All exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

10. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing typically requires 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

11. Final Deliverables

Upon cancellation, all completed deliverables produced up to the cancellation date will be provided to the client, assuming the account is in good standing.
